How long can I store my product?
Little Lagniappe products can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-5 days or in your freezer for up to 3 months.
What makes Little Lagniappe different from other baby foods?
We're raising little adventurous eaters by supporting a balanced diet through cruelty-free, locally sourced ingredients directly from the farms they're grown on! No preservatives or additives (ever!). Our product delivers to your doorstep for your convenience, increasing the amount of time that families can spend together. We use eco-friendly, BPA-free packaging to keep the Earth happy, too.
Where is Little Lagniappe produced?
Little Lagniappe partners with LSU Agriculture Center as a production facility. In 2023, we envision opening our own storefront.
Does Little Lagniappe only make baby food?
Not just any baby food, THE baby food! For now, Little Lagniappe's strategy is to specialize before eventually allocating additional resources to product innovation. Little Lagniappe's mission is to create a culture that connects parents and little ones in our community.
Are your meals geared towards a specific age group?
We recommend Little Lagniappe for little ones as young as 4 months. We suggest observing your little one's "readiness cues" to assess whether your child is ready for solids. Little Lagniappe offers 3 textures (Purées, Mashables, and Pinchables) to fit your baby's feeding progression!
How does Little Lagniappe work?
It's easy! Choose your little one's meal subscription plan, select your feeding milestone, and read about the recipes on our website. Then, your order will be processed & shipped directly to your doorstep! Our purpose is built on a foundation of convenience, allowing parents the opportunity to spend more quality time with their little ones.
Where do your ingredients come from?
Little Lagniappe's business model is structured to keep vendor costs low by contracting directly with Louisiana Farmers to procure locally sourced ingredients. Due to challenges with supply chain disruptions that many businesses continue to struggle with, Little Lagniappe's dedication to staying local is revolutionary for the future of small businesses.
How do I reactivate my subscription?
In order to reactivate your subscription, you will need to go to the subscription portal. From here, click on the "Subscriptions" tab, then "Manage" on the cancelled subscription. You will be taken to the subscription management screen, where you are able to reactivate the subscription through the "Reactivate" button. After clicking on it, you will be prompted with a calendar to choose which date the subscription should reactivate.
How do I add or edit my shipping address?
In order to add or edit your shipping address, you must go to the subscription portal and click on "Manage" subscription. From here, you will see the option to "Edit" the shipping address and choose between different shipping methods.
How do I pause or resume my subscription?
You are not locked in to a term or period. In order to resume or pause a subscription, you must click on "Manage" in the subscription portal. Then, click on "Cancel Subscription". This will give you the option to pause, resume, or cancel your subscription.
Can I change the frequency that I receive my products?
Yes, you may change between 2-Week or 4-Week subscription plans. To do so, you must go into the subscription portal and click on "Manage". Next, click on "Change Subscription Plan" to choose between the different subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In order to cancel your subscription, you must cancel it in the subscription portal. Click on the "Manage" subscription button in the portal, and then click on "Cancel Subscription" on the next page.
Can I change my food choices for my Little?
Yes, you may change your food choices for your Little by going to the account portal. You will need to click on "Manage" your subscription, and then "Update Choices". You will be prompted to re-do the survey questions to change your preferences.
How do I manage my account? (Customer portal)
You can access the customer portal by clicking the account icon in the top right of the website, the account link found in the top left menu, or at the bottom of the website.
How do I change my account email and password?
In order to change account credentials, once inside the customer portal, you will need to:
- Click on Manage in the customer portal.
- On the following screen, click on Account Settings (billing, email, password) link in the lower left corner of the screen
How do I change or update my payment information?
In order to change/add payment information, once inside the customer portal, you will need to:
- Click on Account button in the customer portal.
- Then choose View wallet on the subsequent window.
- Inside wallet, you will be able to create/add new payment methods.
- You can select which is the primary method of payment by selecting and clicking the button that says "Make Primary".
If you are looking to change the payment source associated with your Little Lagniappe subscription, you can do that easily by clicking on Change button on the Subscriptions page of the customer portal.
Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed by 11:59 PM CST will be freshly prepped and packaged 7 business days after the order is processed. Once you're subscribed, you will receive your Little's meal plans within the timeframe of the frequency subscribed.
Where does Little Lagniappe ship?
For now, Little Lagniappe will only serve the state of Louisiana. However, our vision for the future includes expansion into other states!
I'm unhappy with my order. What do I do?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations aren't guaranteed to be processed before the next payment if the request is made within 3 working days of the next payment due date.
